Dairy-Free / Refined Sugar-Free
Makes 12 balls
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, plus extra to coat the bliss balls with
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 2 tsp GUT FIBRE Cleansing Powder
- 2 tsp GLOW Marine Collagen Powder
- 1 tbsp SUPERGREEN Superfood Powder
METHOD
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, then roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
