As many of our readers may know, we’re huge fans of beauty editor and style star Eleanor Pendleton and her website, Gritty Pretty. That’s why we were so excited for the launch of the 7th issue of Gritty Pretty Magazine, which features world-renowned (and yes, drop dead gorgeous) Aussie supermodel and entrepreneur Miranda Kerr, on the cover.
If you haven’t checked out Gritty Pretty before, you’re in for a treat. The site hit the blogging scene back in 2010 and has been a hands-down favourite of ours ever since. Expertly curated with gorgeous imagery, inspiring content and some of the best beauty tips and tricks we’ve ever tried, Gritty Pretty has certainly earned its place as one of Australia’s best beauty sites.
When Eleanor first announced the launch of a new innovative online magazine, we were beyond excited. Within the first six months of its launch, the magazine’s front cover has featured the likes of Cheyenne Tozzi, Lara Bingle, Jessica Hart, Phoebe Tonkin, Bambi Northwood-Blyth and now, Miranda. If that’s not some serious beauty inspo, we don’t know what it is! Beautiful faces aside though, the content in this mag is so worth reading. This months issue features an exclusive interview with Miranda, gives you an inside look at the new office of The Undone’s Sara Donaldson and Georgia Martin, and reveals some of the best beauty looks from backstage at MBWFA. Plus, as always, there’s a tonne of truly valuable beauty tips and techniques in there as well. If you’re anything like us, you’ll be absorbed in the mag for hours on end.
Beyond the mag, Eleanor herself is also a huge inspiration. Not only did she create a truly fabulous online beauty destination in Gritty Pretty, but she has also held Beauty Editor positions at both InStyle and Famous, plus she’s won several awards, and also happens to be one of the nicest, funniest, most down to earth women we know.
We personally think this month’s Gritty Pretty magazine is one of the best issues yet, but you guys can judge for yourselves. We’re sure you’ll agree. Head to the Gritty Pretty website to check it out for yourself.
