You know I’m a sucker for a bargain and if it’s a fashion bargain, all the better!
Coles have just launched their Mix Apparel Summer and Sleepwear line for 2014 and it’s safe to say there are some incredibly versatile and on trend pieces.
I’ve been a fan of Mix for a while (remember the $25 pants? see here). Each season, I get a few pieces and the quality and wearability is spot on. Once you factor in the outrageously fabulous prices, you can see why I come back time and time again.
I’ve chosen a few of my favourite looks from the current collection online. I am obsessed with white at the moment, so of course the white crochet shorts and cover-up pants were a no-brainer. The crochet cover-up pants will be perfect over a cossie but in the snaps below, they did double duty on my way to lunch. As they’re not lined, I’d recommend a tight boy-leg boxer brief, in nude or white.
The peasant dress, and the jumpsuit will round out my summer beach holiday essentials. I’ll be wearing the jumpsuit with jewelled flats for day and sky-heels (you know how I love them) for night. The peasant dress just needs a fedora and you’re good to go.
Bring on a long, hot summer!
