Hey Siri, “Have my brekkie ready to grab-and-go in the morning, please” … If only, right? Our easy Berry Skin-Loving Overnight Oats are the next best thing. Simple, packed with omega-3’s (the real skin MVP), and quick to prep the night before.
BERRY SKIN-LOVING OVERNIGHT OATS
Dairy-free / Refined Sugar-free
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp GLOW Marine Collagen Powder
- ½ cup milk of choice (we used almond milk)
- 3 tbsp yoghurt of choice (we used coconut yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
- ½ cup frozen mixed berries, to serve
- 1 tbsp nut butter, to serve
METHOD
- Combine oats, chia seeds, GLOW Powder, milk, yoghurt, and syrup in a mason jar or container. Mix to combine, then top with frozen berries and nut butter.
- Place in the fridge overnight and grab-and-go in the morning.
