I recently attended the first birthday party of the son of my good friend, Evan Hansimikali. Evan is the owner of Pink Salt, one of my favourite restaurants in Sydney. I absolutely loooove Pink Salt. For any Sydneysiders, this is my pick for the yummiest Italian food. The gnocchi is to die for! You will devour it, you will love it and you will dream about it forever.
Anyway…. let me snap back to reality and tell you about the party… It was a total extravaganza! Evan and his wife, Amanda went all out for their son, Emmanuel – and why wouldn’t you? Emmanuel is such a cutie! There food was, as usual, incredible. Plus there were the most incredible cake to go with the circus-theme of the party. Check out my snaps and be prepared to drool! It was by far one of the best kids birthday parties I have ever been to!
