Refined Sugar-free

Serves 1


  • ½ cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cashews

  • 1 tablespoon buckinis, optional

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt

  • Mint to serve, optional

  • Honey to serve, optional


  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, goji berries, seeds, cashews, buckinis (if using) and milk. Mix to combine, then top with frozen berries.

  2. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 90 seconds.

  3. Remove, top with yoghurt, fresh mint and a drizzle of honey, if using.
