Apologies to the loyal lovers of the LBD but this summer, it’s all about the LYD (little yellow dress). As an avid lover of all things colour, I am rejoicing. I love a little yellow in my life. And by a little, I mean a lot. Here’s why I’m hoping you will love it too.
Yellow has been gracing the runways, from canary and highlighter yellow to shades of mustard. As the weather heats up, it’s the perfect time to add a dramatic splash of colour to your wardrobe.
Contrary to what many people believe yellow is also one of the easiest colours to wear – just be sure to find a yellow that matches your skin tone. Try warmer/ brighter shades for pale skin and cooler shades for darker complexions.
