2015 should be officially renamed the year of the cape. It’s the must have item for your closet – in my wardrobe, it started with a cape dress, was quickly followed by a white cape blazer, then a black cape blazer… and now it’s time for a cape coat to keep me (and you!) all warm and chic in winter.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my woolly jumpers and jackets but a cape is a hands-down showstopper. Any time I wear one, people always ask – “where did you get that?”. If you haven’t yet taken the leap, it’s one you won’t regret.
