As you all know, I love getting glammed up and enjoying a night out, but when it’s for a good cause, it’s even better. I was incredibly excited to MC this year’s Emeralds and Ivy Ball co-hosted by the lovely Ronan Keating and ever-gorgeous Dannii Minogue. All proceeds from the night went to the Cancer Council’s Ronan Keating Fellowship, which aims to lessen the impact of cancer on the community, so it was a great reason to go all out, especially for a cause so close to my own heart.
This year’s ball was held at the stunning Doltone House on Jones Bay Wharf and my beautiful sister Maha attended with me. All up, a whopping $285,000 was raised on the night – absolutely incredible. Hearing that really got the party started and after performances from Ronan’s X Factor boys – Taylor, Omar and Jai, we were also entertained by RedFoo as well as Ronan and Boyzone. The dance floor got a workout!
I wore a stunning white dress by Pallas Couture and my gorgeous ear cuff (which I got a tad obsessed with) was by Sarina Suriano-Keating. I’m telling you, if you want show-stopping jewellery then she’s your lady.
