Ice blocks are our unofficial snack of summer and so when we created our new cookbook, Simple and Lean, we knew we had to include one of our favourites. Our Chia Kiwi Pops are easy to make, plus they contain only four ingredients (so easy!!!) and are perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day!
