We get it, having a regular workout routine can be tricky with a capital T. Between work and family alone, trying to squeeze in 60 minutes of exercise a day can seem nearly impossible.

There are five things we do rely on to get healthy without working out and they are super easy to incorporate into your life.

It’s no secret that consuming less meat is better for you and the environment so whilst we’re not advising you to give up your grilled steak or roast lamb just yet, we would encourage you to go meat-free on Mondays. If you’re not eating meat, there’s more chance you’ll fill your plate with healthier food and you might even find some new favourite meals along the way!

If you want to change things up a bit, infuse your water with lemon, cucumber, strawberries and oranges!

There’s no denying that portion sizes are getting bigger and bigger, which is why reducing your portion size is one of the easiest ways to get healthy quickly. If you’re drinking the recommended daily dose of water, chances are you’ll feel full pretty quickly. The bonus is that you can take the half you didn’t eat to work the next day for leftovers. Win!
