This season, the colour code is about as delicious as it gets. We’re talking pastel pinks, bubblegum blues and sorbet inspired shades. I just love how these ice cream colours are so soft and easy on the eye. They look even better slathered on skirts and dresses than they do dripping down a waffle cone!
Not sure if you can pull it off? Let us try to convince you…
Sorbet shades are supposed to be fun, so it’s okay to go a bit out there with your styling. Try funking it up with a cute pair of leopard print sunnies or some bold, metallic shoes to really make an impact.
You can choose to go with a solid colour with this one or mix them all into one. The best part about this trend is that colour clashing is A-okay. In fact, it’s encouraged!
If you don’t usually wear a lot of colour, then try just throwing in some splashes here and there. You can still rock an all black outfit with a pastel pink purse or cardi.
I absolutely adore this trend because you can choose to go smart and casual or feminine and flirty. It works both ways! Try a bright ball skirt for parties and a tailored pair of pants for work.
