PULLED PORK MEXICAN WRAPS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 wholemeal wraps
- ½ avocado, to spread
- 2 tbsp garlic aioli
- 150g pulled pork – we love using the Primo Pulled Meat Slider Pork from Woolworths
- ¾ red onion, diced
- Chilli flakes, to sprinkle
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup fresh coriander, to serve
- Lime wedges, to serve
Optional extra: We also love adding a handful of mixed lettuce to our wraps!
METHOD
Spread the avocado and aioli on the wraps, then layer on the remaining ingredients. Squeeze lime juice on top to serve.
