There’s no question – there is just something about Rihanna; the album is bound to be a chart-topper. The dance-y first half with tracks such as ‘Jump’ (which samples that 90s hit ‘Pony’, by Ginuwine) gives way to a slower second half with more ballads. The shadows of celebrity, bad relationships and suffering in public definitely make their mark over this Pop/Dance-with-a-side-order-of-dubstep 14-tracker.
