I absolutely adore the whole natural ‘undone’ hair trend. Whenever I see models strutting those silky strands down the catwalk I can’t help but think, YESSSS! I’m going to do my hair like that! And then I realise that when I go for the ‘untamed’ look I end up firmly in frizz central, when instead I am wishing I was in babe town. Ha ha!
So I recently discovered a pretty easy way to get the look – it’s called ‘Wonder Worker’, and it’s new product by ‘Shu Uemura’ that you add in after washing your hair – it tames frizz and moisturises your hair as it dries.
I tried it out for the first time last week and was stoked with how my hair looked. I think the thing that I’m a little speechless over is that I didn’t have to blowdry my hair – I let it air dry naturally. And it looked pretty great (I think anyway!).
One thing I’ve always liked about Shu Uemura (I’ve owned heaps of their cosmetics over the years) is that they use rare and natural ingredients and oils. Wonder Worker uses Moringa Oil to strengthen your hair as well as nourish and smooth split ends.
If you’re thinking of trying out some untamed tresses, I would suggest picking up Wonder Worker first. It can completely make your hair look ahhhhmazing in a few easy steps..
WONDER WORKER (150ml, RRP$45) is available in Shu Uemura Art of Hair consultant salons nationwide. To locate your nearest salon phone 1300 760 550.
