With winter finally wrapping up and as we can see spring and summer on the horizon, we are gearing up for the warmer months and the entertaining that comes with it!
We cannot wait for lazy evenings by the barbeque and early mornings after a swim at the beach enjoying our morning coffee. As we come out of our winter hibernation, we are so excited to do a little spring freshen up of our outdoor areas so we can spend the next few months outside all day, everyday. Bring. It. On.
Regardless of how big your outdoor space is, anyone can pull off this interior decorator approved style. And the trend we’re talking about is going au naturel on the home front. And no, we don’t mean wearing the bare minimum around the house hahaha. We’re talking about adding natural colours and textures like wood, linen, whites and beiges to your outdoor area.
This is such an easy trend to adopt because a lot of the furniture and accessories you already have will most likely be in these tones. It works perfectly in larger spaces as you can have bigger dining settings or if it’s just a small verandah you have, you can add a stunning statement chair.
From the coast to the country, this is a trend you want to invest in because each piece can be adapted to any other trend that comes your way in the next few years.
