Well one of our absolute favourite how-to books is that of the fashion industry’s leading hairstylists, Richard Kavanagh, and it’s called Love Your Hair.
The book contains 24 easy to follow ‘recipes’ (as Kavanagh calls them), that show you how to get all of those sexy looks. Kavanagh starts with the basics, helping us to understand our hair type as well as tell us the types of essential tools we need to create the looks in the book.
Then, whichever look you choose to try is up to you – from bohemian waves, to a poker straight iron, cheating ways to get extra volume, a textured chignon, a modern beehive, plus many, many more.
What we especially love about the recipes, is that they generally only take about 4 steps to achieve each look. Easy!
